Lion pounces at two hunters as they pose next to body of a big cat

Revenge is sweet for this lion after trophy hunters apparently slaughtered his friend. Footage from South Africa seems to show two hunters posing next to the body of a lion they have killed before another big cat leaps at them and screams are heard off screen. However many have debated whether the video is fake or not.

Dramatic footage captures a lion ‘pouncing’ on two hunters posing with a beast they have just killed Jayden Tanner, who uploaded the amazing footage, captioned '#stoptrophyhunting', to YouTube wrote: 'I managed to get my hands on this video when I was in South Africa a couple of months ago, a hunter showed me and thought it was hilarious. Every year trophy hunters kill thousands of exotic wild animals in Africa, this combined with poaching poses a serious threat to the survival of our most loved and endangered species. We have to stop this now. We need to raise awareness around this issue. Please share and save our wildlife. While the video is undoubtedly entertaining, several online commentators have confidently declared it a fake.
